well i went for a ride today

so first off, no pictures. i would have ruined my camera


i had to go in to work today for about 15 minutes to do the paperwork. i chose to ride cuz i was going to a friends place after and he didn't know until yesterday that i have a bike.

i also rode because the roads were starting to dry off after last night's rain.

all was decent until i hit the far end of the Mission bridge. as most of you know, rivers cause some interesting weather phenomenons. on one side of the fraser river it can be dry while the other is pouring rain. :singingrain: thunderstorm and all. well this morning was the same. abbotsford dry, mission soaked.

i left a wet spot on the chair at work. went back out in it to go to the bank. i left puddles in the bank. decided to come home and get the car, dry clothes, and the stuff i was supposed to drop off (that i forgot at home). by the time i got home and was dry...... the sun came out.



figures.



so i waited an hour and went in the car anyway. i am glad i did, he has a gravel driveway that i COULD have done on the klr, but didn't really want to try on the bandit. as i don't have the klr anymore.....


anyway i am home now, i will try to go again and get some pictures to add to this one for you.

I was just gearing up for work when i saw you leave and thought "crazy fikers..man she is going to hit that storm dead on":whistling: ..sure as crap...i get half way to work and BAM the storm hit...i kept thinking to myself gee Fikers must be really wet right now HAHAHAHAHA :singingrain:

UPDATE:

so monday afternoon we drove out to Hope to look at minivans. Hope is where they filmed First Blood (rambo1). it is beautiful country. took some pictures.

so you can tell i think why we drove instead of riding.

and why the forests are turning brown
