View Full Version : AMA at Infineon, you going?
Make sure to stop by the press room. Several of us will be having a fantastic motorcycle art show, and you are all welcome to attend. Those folks are Rod Organ, Chucke Walkdin, James Wirth, Rich Oliver, Ian Donald, Dave McGrath, Mike Doran and Dana Tyrrell.
The press room is that big tan beast that's right by the winners circle and the entrance to the track. Saturday and Sunday it will be in full swing, so get out of the sun for a bit, and feast your eyes on some great stuff!
I'll be in the back, so make sure to get all the way around the exhibits, and come say hi.

I'll be there in Tourist Trophy if that counts ;) I suck at that track though lol
No, that doesn't count. Sorry you will miss it. Should be a ton of fun.

How was it?
Did it rain all day?
I had finals to study for and this is the only year I haven't gone to the races.

Here's a picture I took on Sunday. It rained in the morning which postponed the races and then again later in the afternoon but thankfully the races were able to be completed. I only took pictures of one race. The one that featured friends so sorry for those hoping to see pictures of someone else. I also snapped a picture of Spies who came in first.

How's this for starters?
How do you get the media pass?
Weekend was awesome! The art show kicked ass. I'm glad so many people came in. The Infineon people were just tickeled to have it, so I think it may continue to happen over the years. There's some very talented people on this planet and they need some recognition. It was an honor to meet Rod Organ. Amazing man. We were watching some of the Isle of Man with him over at Henry's house, and what amazing insight. The weekend is going to take me some time to digest.
I did get to talk to Greg White a little, and Gary Nixon, and Freddie Spencer. Got to bug Charlie from the Parts Unlimited crew, and all in all this did nothing but feed my superiority complex! I'll see if my head can fit back into my helmet!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'll dig out some of the good photos soon.
The rest are too damn big..............sigh.
