This bike is about 30 inches tall, and it would be a little to tall for me. However, this bike has a narrow seat width. I am 5'6" with a 32 inch inseam (which from what I hear is a really short inseam). I fit pretty comfortably on the bike; I stand on the balls of my feet. I love this motorcycle and it is powerful for the smaller engine. Fun sports bike!

If you feel comfortable with it I would say go for it. I have a 32" inseam and my KLR has a 35" seat.

If it feels right It is the right one.

You could look at lowering it a bit if you think you want more foot on the ground.

+1. Very nice bike. I wouldn't lower it right away if you are comfortable with it stock. Ride it awhile and see, then lower if you need to. Lowering always changes handling a bit or sometimes significantly.

If you get it, please post some pics. We love those here!

The Triumph Daytona 675 is one of the most beautiful motorcycles. It's narrow and the sound is incredible!! Love this bike. If you can get it do it! It is so sexy and handles great in the turns!:thumbup:http://i312.photobucket.com/albums/ll327/2wheelmeaggie/Daytona_675_SE_0.jpg

That thing is a widow maker. And I'm personally not fond of my "ass over my head "feeling when riding a bike. That thing will break your neck in 20 miles. Too bad it's so freaking gorgeous to look at!!!!!!!! Santa Rosa BMW and Triumph has one and I love to drool over it every time I get a chance!

My short little legs would be swinging in the wind, but I can

We've had three of them now both for track and street use. They're fun and crash well!

But, I do recommend staying away from lowering them. Really screws up the geometry (maybe moreso than most bikes).

And i'll otherwise stay out of the height-challenged forum. ;) (5'10", 36" inseam)

I have a daytona 675! Awesome on the track. I am 5'3" with a 29" inseam. I admit I have dropped it a few times, since I am on my tippy toes. Might need a different rear spring so that the sag can be adjusted to your weight. I was told the suspension was designed for two up riding, since it is a street bike. I have gotten used to sliding my but over to one side riding dirt bikes, which is pretty much a must if you don't want to tip over.

My avatar features my boyfriend's beautiful Daytona 675. Alas, at 5'4", it is simply too tall for me. I'm hoping I can find a bike that will fit me a bit better at some point!

Ditto! You'll bottom out so quickly... You can always get better boots if you need a little extra height and traction.

You're just starting! I'm 5'3" and I can ride one, no problem. Trust me, before you know it, after you've got 10-15,000 miles under your belt, you'll be ready for an upgrade!

My boyfriend has said that same thing! As a matter of fact, he's anxious for me to try my hand at the Daytona when the time comes. :):
