We ended up selling my 2008 Ninja 650r without the SW-Motech Luggage racks, so here they are available to expand your hard luggage options. If you've ever owned a bike with hard luggage, you know it just makes everything so much easier for traveling. You can easily keep things locked up and dry and protected.
First is the SW-MOTECH Alu-Rack Toprack (URL="http://www.twistedthrottle.com/trade/productview/3906) with the optional Givi/Kappa Monokey plate. According to TwistedThrottle (http://www.twistedthrottle.com/trade/productview/3906) this top rack fits the '06-'08 ER6N, ER6F & Ninja 650R. It also fits the '07-'09 Versys 650. These racks can be adapted to other luggage options with the adapters for sale on TwistedThrottle. (Givi Monolock, TraX ALU-BOX, Krauser K-Wing, Hepco-Becker, Shad, soft luggage)
2nd is the SW-MOTECH Quick-Lock Sidecarrier racks (http://www.twistedthrottle.com/trade/productview/2540) with the optional Givi/Kappa Monokey adapters. According to TwistedThrottle (http://www.twistedthrottle.com/trade/productview/2540) these side racks fits the '06-'08 ER6N, ER6F & Ninja 650R. I do not think they fit the Versys. These racks can be adapted to other luggage options with the adapters for sale on TwistedThrottle. (Givi Monolock, Pelican, TraX ALU-BOX, Krauser, Hepco-Becker, Shad, soft luggage)

We did loose 2 of the original bolts on a bumpy ride and bought these basic bolts to replace them to get us back home. We have 4 of them, or you could use the 4 extra bolts that come to mount it your bike as your stock bolts will work there too.

Side Racks
The side racks can be used with or without the top rack. They come with all their own hardware. The best thing about the SW-Motech side racks is once you have the mounting points all setup, you can quickly remove the racks with 4 quick turn bolts. This is nice to leave the side racks at home when you don't want them on. The side racks include the hardware to re-locate your turn signals also.
