This is a great bike, I'm very sad see it go. It is in great condition and runs perfect, I just want a dualsport, and this is the only way I can afford a new one.

2005 YAMAHA TT-R230, Push-button electric starter, powerful four-stroke engine with Devol skid plate, long travel suspension, and 11.6 inches of ground clearance. TT-R230 is a serious trail bike that is also accessible to a wide range of riders. Well maintained, oil always changed every two rides, garage kept. Low hours with some scuff marks and few scratches on the fenders (pictures below) Tires are at about 50%. Green sticker Reg. thru June 2010 with pink in hand. First $1800.00 cash takes it. That's the bummer about dirt bikes... I can't fly down, buy it, and ride it back!

I've had my heart set on the KLX 250 for awhile now. And I just saw the thread on here about it too, I'm almost half way done reading it and now I know its the one for me. My only concern is the height. Sitting on it in the showroom I am on my tippiest of tiptoes, I had my husband push his weight on the back while I was sitting on it to see what lowering it would be like. I'm pretty sure once it's lowered I'll be fine. I'll have to tell you all about it the first time i'm at a stoplight on a hill.

Sold my TTR. Finally! I'm a little disapointed that I sold it just before dirtbike season. Anyway, will be looking for a used KLX 250 in the Southern California area (In case any of you know of one for sale.)
