Well, I let my "kid" voice win out over my more practical "adult" voice!! Today I went and bought my new toy...a 2007 Kawasaki KX 100 :yahoo: The guys son rode it for two seasons and outgrew it. The bike is spotless aside from a little boot rub on the frame and the guy added alot of stuff to make it trailworthy. I think the first order of business is putting on the FMF Q back on so I have a spark arrestor and at some point buying a bigger gas tank.

I can't wait to ride it!!

I really like the black plastics too, I don't think there will be too much in the way of pink on this Kaw (I'm not much of a pink lover) but I think it definitely needs some graphics and the most important thing...a TWF decal!!

I put the FMF pipe on it yesterday, man does this thing start easier than my CRF 150 did (had to perform a voodoo ritual over that bike prior to kicking 47 times before it would start)!! I'm going to pick up my ORV sticker and some 2-stroke oil today and maybe play a little bit at a local trail (not sure I'll get far, gotta relearn how to ride a dirtbike).

I'm going to have to figure a way to disable it when I'm away, LOL...my 36 yr old "KX kid" seems to have KX fever - now we need to get him a dirtbike :D: He's ridden it more than me in the two days I've had it!! There was a discussion about a mini track in our 1/2 acre yard...I'm sure the neighbors would be so happy with that :rofl:
