Welcome Quicklimegirl!
Thank you for registering!
While looking around don't forget to check out the garage and profile sections!! They are areas where you can personalize your own little nook of TWF!! Its a nice way to put faces with names and to find more about the great people on the site.
As always, if you have any questions or suggestions feel free to ask us or let us know!
How about you start off by telling us a little bit about yourself?

Thanks...got the link to this site from a Sportbike site.
Basically it's all on my profile, but I've been bike-crazy since my first ride at age 7. Didn't ever want to ride on the back again, just wanted my own!
It took many years of saving to buy my first new bike at 15.
During my military tour in '77 I found my first street bike, the Yamaha RD350 was pretty much considered THE canyon carver of that era....I stumbled onto one then & haven't been the same since. I love these little ring-dingers, although I have one modern bike for long rides. I just rode it ('03 Z1000 Kawasaki) to Laguna Seca Raceway for MotoGP from Portland, OR.
Go Nicky!!!!
Anyway I have a small house with one important room: the Garage!
It's only a one "car) garage, but stuffed inside with a moderate size workbench--I do most of my own wrenching--are the following bikes:
'03 Z1000 Kawasaki
'85 RZ350 Kenny Roberts Special (Yamaha)
'79 RD400F Daytona Special (Yamaha)
'75 RD350B (Yamaha)
'74 RD350A Cafe Racer (you guessed it, Yamaha)
'75 RD125B (" " )
'75 RD60B (" " )
and my Nephew's '95 Ninja 250 I am piecing back together after his unfortunate crash (he wasn't hurt!)
That's all I can fit in there. In true white trash fashion, I have, rusting out in the back year, the sad remains of a '75 RD125, '74 RD200, and '71 R5-350.
Any folks from the Portland, OR area here?
Anyway here's a pic of the Cafe Racer I've been building for 6 years...will it EVER be done??? Sigh...
