Garmin I-phone GPS application

Just wanted to let you know that there is a nifty new application for I-phone and Android.

My HB has downloaded it, used it in his car and works very nice. Some limitations but certainly much cheaper then a Zumo.

What does it do to battery life?

I guess it will use quite some juice on that, but you can plug it into a cigaret lighter like you do with your phone and voila, no worries as for battery depletion.
