You have a choice of voice activation or push to talk ( our preferred method P 2 T ) Crystal clear no static. We can separate about 1/2 mile or so making us well out of visual contact to test them out. They were still clear absolutely no noise or static in the background unless you are in a city Then you may have others sharing the same frequency.
I also have a
Motocom MXR-1 (https://www.rflimited.com/Site.asp?CID=3) Music adapter series with an in line switch which we used for voice GPS

PS There's only one wire to disconnect when you get off the bike. :yahoo:
Also included is a Midland DC Charging Kit (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16872008042&nm_mc=OTC-Froogle&cm_mmc=OTC-Froogle-_-Walky-Talky-_-MIDLAND-_-72008042)

This way if you have a DC outlet you can be charging 2 batteries (http://www.twowheelfemales.com/forum/#) while traveling using the other 2.
JT and I used this system for 5 years and were happy with them.
It cost us about $150 to get it set up.
We recently switched to a wireless system so these are no longer something we are using.
I hate to see them sit in box collecting dust.
Jfike I will need a drum roll inserted here please
So here is the deal.....
For a $25 donation to help support the TwoWheelfemale site ( PM ridingAK for details of how to send a payment via PayPal) I will ship them at my cost to you within the US.
