10 miles to lunch.
I was just Beeming with pride to ride with my 16 year old daughter.
We sat in the cafe chatting like girlfriends.
Life is good.

http://www.twowheelfemales.com/forum/images/smilies/TwoThumbs%20Up.gif Sounds like a perfect Mom - Daughter day. Isn't it great when you conversations turn from just giving advise or orders to really talking to each other, it's days like this that you both will remember.

Don't rush things Dana, it seems just like last week when my oldest daughter was 16, and now she is 45. Sometimes I feel like Rip Van Winkle waking up and finding all the kids are grown with grown kids of their own. That's when I yell, "Hey, wait a minute this is going way to fast", but Father Time does hear to me. So savor each phase your daughter goes through and hang onto each day, because one day you too will wake up and wonder how did she get so grown so fast.
