Locked out

OK I have just spent a VERY trying time with more fun to go with my computer. I had a system crash and lost all my passwords. ( I wish that was all)
As I was working to get my system back on line I was trying to get back on each forum I am a member to. Most had a place that if you could not remember your password you could have the Mod send it to you in an Email. I found no place for this option on TWF. So I sent two emails to the website mod telling of my problem. No response as of today. I then asked someone I have had email with here on the forum to see it they could help me get back on. (Thank you!)
It was a fluke that after trying every combination of every password I have ever used over the years I was able to get back on.

End of rant now on to the question.

Did I miss something or do we not have a way to get the password back to us if we ever have a brain fart and forget.


Makes me wonder if this might be the problem for all the people that sign up but we never see again...I would hate to think it was because I chased them away. :happy

Sorry to hear about your computer. THere is a way to have your password reset. When you log in with the wrong password it bings up the screen which I have attached a picture of. Click on the word "here" and it will bring up another page which asks you for your email address which you have registered with. An email is then sent with a new password which you can change when you log back in. :thumbup:
