I'm late on the draw here, but I'll just add my kudos to your ride and say it sounds funly! Love the farkles and being able to get groceries sounds like a dream. I can mail a few things... that's about it!

And now - for the dumb question of the day... what's a Wee???

It comes from http://www.stromtrooper.com/ (I think)

The DL1000 was the first one out and is the original VEE (V-STROM)
when the 650 came along they adopted the name of WEE for its little brother.

A "Wee" is the V-Strom DL650 a "Vee" is the V-Strom DL1000. The 1000 is about 40 lbs heavier...

OK - I kept thinking of the Vstrom, but it wasn't making sense that it was the WEE instead of Vee... but now it makes perfect sense!

I want to ride one of those bikes too.... let's face it.. I just want to ride them all.

That is corrrect The DL1000 came out in 2002 aka VEE

The DL650 in 2004 which is the year of JT's WEE

Here it is with me getting ready to take it out for a short spin around the block when he first got it.
