A new trick to bake muffins
Just saw this and thought I'd share. I tried it and it really worked!
Here is a place to get the bowls. http://www.guyotdesigns.com/squishybowls Also at REI. http://www.rei.com/product/752844 I'm thinking one could package the mix into single servings and tuck it someplace on the bike for a snack or quick breakfast. I'm impressed on how simple it is to make and with minimal mess to clean up. One really neat thing is that you can not over bake it as it will all ways remain moist! This is one trick I am going to use alot! .
