Default Naming your bike?

How many of you name your bikes? I seem to feel more of a connection with my bike when I have named it, I dunno why I do this, but I do. How about you gals/guys?

I have named almost all my bikes and cars. My first bike- a candy apple red yamaha 250 was "Galahad", and he always took care of me, and never left me stranded. We have a red chevy suburban and his name is "Clifford" (the big red truck) our friends and neighbors named him when we brought him home.
My new (old) bike is "Zephyr".

I love to give my bikes names - it describes their personalities and individualism:

Yamaha XT 250: XT Momo - a little boy always willing to run out and play in the dirt
Triumph Tiger 800: Pearl - my big girl kitty (but thinking of getting her a custom plate: Purrl)

I couldn't think of a name for my bike, but always described her as a ruby red HD Softail, and over time she just became Ruby Red, so I guess she sort of named herself.

You ladies come up with the best names for your bikes. Very clever.

I have never really named anything - I have tried but they just don't stick. I call it names, but I don't think that is what you mean...

when I am pushing it around in the garage it is the beast, and b@st@rd when it fishtails in the gravel... handsome devil when it is nice and clean, sexy beast when it is covered in mud.
